Nature of Service: CuraSetu is a healthcare service facilitation and navigation platform designed primarily to help rural and underserved individuals navigate the healthcare system.

Physical & Process Support: Our services are strictly limited to non-medical, physical, and administrative assistance, which includes:

• Hospital and doctor appointment booking assistance.
• Patient navigation and hospital visit coordination.
• Registration, documentation, and non-medical process assistance.
• Providing healthcare coordinators or "Saathi" support services when an attendant is needed inside a hospital.
• Connecting users with a network of reliable hospitals, labs, and healthcare providers.
• Organizing health awareness campaigns and facilitating better pricing or discounts through provider collaborations.

We Are Not Medical Providers: CuraSetu is not a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or medical practitioner.

No Medical Treatment: We do not provide medical treatments, therapies, diagnoses, or clinical care.

No Medical Advice or Prescriptions: Our team, coordinators, and platform do not give medical advice, write prescriptions, recommend specific medicines, or make clinical judgments.

User Responsibility: All medical decisions, treatments, and prescriptions must be sought directly from qualified and licensed medical professionals and healthcare institutions. CuraSetu acts solely as a guidance, coordination, and support bridge between the patient and the healthcare provider.

Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when requesting assistance, registration, or appointment coordination through CuraSetu.

Lawful Use: You agree to use our platform and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the platform by, any third party.

Respectful Communication: Users must maintain respectful and appropriate conduct while interacting with CuraSetu coordinators, "Saathi" support personnel, and partner providers.

Transparency Commitment: CuraSetu is built on transparency and trust.

Zero-Commission: We do not charge hidden fees or take commissions on medical treatments provided by third-party hospitals or doctors.

Service Fees: Any nominal charges for our coordination, navigation, or physical support services (if applicable) will be communicated transparently to the user prior to service delivery. Fees charged by independent third-party hospitals, labs, or doctors are separate and governed by those respective providers.

Third-Party Providers: CuraSetu connects users with independent third-party hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and healthcare providers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the medical quality, outcomes, errors, or negligence of third-party healthcare providers or doctors.

Service Interruption: While we strive to ensure seamless coordination and support, CuraSetu does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure from technical glitches.

No Liability for Medical Outcomes: Under no circumstances shall CuraSetu, its founders, employees, or partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from medical treatments, delays in appointments, or decisions made by third-party medical institutions.

All content, logos, branding, text, graphics, and software on the CuraSetu website and platform are the exclusive property of CuraSetu.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any CuraSetu branding or material is strictly prohibited.

Your use of CuraSetu is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your basic contact and coordination details as outlined in our privacy framework to assist you effectively.

CuraSetu reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
